This year the girls at BigCity Design opted for a ‘high-tea’ to celebrate the Nation-stopping horse race event.  Everyone contributed by either designing the place-settings, hanging decorations or providing a plate of gorgeous finger-food or petit fours .  The champagne was flowing and Dimitra was the lucky one to win the sweep!
